I sold 4 items and the winner picked up the items from my home. How do I cancel the "shipping fee" that was in my listing?

When I originally created my listing, I listed a shipping fee, not thinking that the buyer would be local.  The winning buyer ended up being local and asked if he could pick up the items; which he did.

How do I edit/cancel the shipping fee that I listed in my original listing?

Do I contact ebay and request a credit toward my account, as the shipping fee should not go against my account total?

How did the buyer pay? If they paid through paypal and the invoice had $0 shipping on it, there will be no fees on shipping.

If the buyer originally did pay shipping and then you refunded them or if they paid you cash, you will have to phone ebay and ask for a credit on your shipping fees. Tell them that the item was picked up and there were no shipping charges.
