I am a newbie on ebay. I live in V3M 1P1, I try to get the rate of V6C 2T4.I entered all the information. When I press

"show rates", it shows below. But when I press "offer services", it does't work. and I can't see any checkboxes below.

Are you using metric for the dimensions and weight?  You must use metric because the old

imperial measures tend to be inaccurate.

I just tried the postal codes you listed (inventing the dimensions since you don't say) and I got

all sorts of rates to choose from.

Or did I misunderstand you and it was something else that you meant?
