I am trying to resolve a problem for 3 months now and am getting no where.  I ask her to send pictures and she says she does.  I never get any pic's and she thinks I am lying for some reason.  It should not  take this long.  She said I can also send the item back and she will fix it but I have to pay both ways.  I paid over 3 Hundred in good faith to get the Item and now she wants me to pay for somethimg that is not my problem.....HELP

Hi .. Wasting your time. Ebay/PP allow 45 days to dispute a transaction and once past, will do nothing for you.

 

Funded payment with a credit card , a chargeback may be possible but cards have time constraints as well.

 

Whatever the issue, the best course at this point, may be to pay to fix yourself.
