Last night, I bought one item, and clicked "Buy now", then start to check out, but before check out (giving my credit card information, etc), I realized that I need another set for my friend, so I click backward on the IE and then changed the quantity from 1 to 2, after that I start to check out. But after finishing check out, I noticed that I was charged twice: one for 1 item, the other one for 2 items. Since there is no "Cancel order" function in Ebay, the only option is to "Contact celler", so I wrote an email to the seller right away, but this morning I received their response that they can not cancel it for me. I called Ebay and the customer service said even they have received many similar complains but they are not going to change their website design.
When I do online shopping on other websites, I have never have this problem. Can anyone help? Thanks.
