Incorrect number of messages displayed

I find it very difficult to contact eBay to report a problem.  Available selection options are not what I'm after.

The incorrect number of messages is displayed to me.  The tab tells me I have 3 but this is not being reset correctly

Fot example, I have no messages but the tab tells me I have 3.  I am therefore forced to check messages 'just in case'

Frustrating.  Does anyone know of a solution?

Can't open my Message at all, I think it's glitch or some king of problem with ebay site

eBay sent an email to me asking if this answered my question

Come on eBay. Maybe you could spend more time in finding solutions than in trying to 'automatically' close cases
