Is Canada a third world country?

It is discouraging how many US sellers refuse to ship to Canada.

USPS is perfectly good at shipping to Canada. Is Ebay making it difficult for US sellers?

Several sellers have NEVER sent anything out of the country and did not know how.  One lady really took the cake when she asked me if we even had postal delivery.  I assured her that we did as our dog sleds ran all year round.

You neglected to mention "with the exception of the week beginning March 5" when we diligently crate and ship our delivery dogs north for the annual Iditarod which effectively closes down all mail/package delivery from sea to shining sea.

You are right, I did forget that!   But I did tell them that we have a polar bear sleeping under our porch all year around and some thought it was so cool while others expressed envy.

I just had another seller tell me that she doesn't want to ship to Canada because she does not ship overseas.

I get that response too frequently to give them the benefit of the doubt.
