Item I received is not as described ?

Hi there and thanks for helping.

My problem is this one, i purchased this PSP:

And there is 2 different PSPs on the pictures,of course i wanted the one that look like a brand new ( the one playing sonic games) and received the one totaly scratched.Is there anything i can do or i just got fooled like an ebay blue?

Be aware that you will probably be required to return the unwanted item to the seller with Confirmation of Delivery. If you don't use a service that offers DC you will not be refunded unless the seller does it out of the goodness of her heart.

Dear stone0oman,

the psp i sent you is the one in the pictures its the lcd gives a lot of light its bright so i turn it down and picture looks like that on the sonic and street fighter games every psp i sell i take pictures of them . the games that are showed are the two games i own to show that the psp works.

......Seriously,do i look that blind or stupid?...i truly want to file a claim just to get justice but i dont know how to return it back with proof... 😕 ill try to make my mind for tomorrow.
