If you need to initiate a Return, please contact your seller via Purchase History. 

You will need to return the item with tracking in order to get your refund. The tracking part is important, without it you won't be refunded.

you buy from a seller not ebay. you need contact your seller, if he not respond you need to open a item not described.

Clearly this is an item that was purchased from a seller on ebay and an Item Not as Described is NOT the issue. We don't know the reason it didn't fit. You are directing the user to do something inappropriate.

To the Original Poster:

Was the item what you bought but one that did not suit? Or was it described incorrectly? There is a fundamental difference that needs to be answered in order to properly proceed with the Return request. Do NOT claim is it Not as Described if it is as described yet didn't suit your needs. That unfairly punishes your seller. On the other hand, if you were given assurances it would FIT your model and it clearly does not, that is in fact a Not as Described case.
