A buyer bought some hockey cards from me 6+ months ago and said they never arrived so I gave him a refund.  After watching his Photobucket for months I see he did receive the items and loaded pictures up.  I took screenshots of my original listings and they match EVERY single hockey card.

Am I still screwed and E-Bay won't help me, or is there something that can be done?  Thank you.

They may have arrived the day before yesterday too. It could happen. B-)

A little polite confrontation would not go amiss.

Send him a polite, cheery note saying you see the cards finally arrived and you would like to be paid for them. Tell him politely that because they arrived so late, you would not expect to be reimbursed for the postage refund. (Yeah I know, but you are trying to sound like the good guy here, offering a very fair settlement.)

If he pays, say thank you. Politely.

If he does not pay, you are no worse off than you were before you started stalking his photobucket account. (And , dude, seriously? In Ontario the minimum wage is 17 cents a minute. How much money did you waste on this?)

But you do have one more tool. If either of you left feedback, you can add a Response at any time to either FB. The most effective Responses are calm and factual, but they are not required to be positive.

Keep in mind that your future customers will read your Response and decide if they want to deal with you.
