I want to contact winning bidder to see if he/she will list it. How can I do this?  I have contacted original seller but I don't think he/she is allowed to tell me who successful bidder is.

Asking any seller, eBay or not, for the names of their customers is a huge breach of protocol.

You can ask the seller to give your name and contact information to his buyer. He may do so. He may also charge a finder's fee for doing so to his buyer, which would raise the cost of the card.

I assume this is a card of the famous Jumbo?

The chances of the buyer letting such a find go are pretty slight, unless it went to a dealer, in which case, mortgage your firstborn now.

OH...I did not ask seller to information.  I know better than that.  I just didn't want to bother seller and have him/her go to the trouble of sending out information to this buyer.  No, the postcard is of elephants on main street galt ontario and it is not Jumbo...just a personal want for this card is all since I am from Galt....thanks for your reply
