Sorry, missing word : listings 😉
I don't want to downgrade my store ... But I like I "don't have" requirements for an ANCHOR, I don't have requirement to PREMIUM too! And eBAY will downgrade my store!
I spoke with issue to a eBay agent and she was not able to answered to this question: How a Canadian Top rated Seller cannot have requirement to have a premium or anchor store?
I'm not interested to pay fees for Basic store with more than 1500 listings!
Thanks for clarifying. By any chance, were you trying to open your store on eBay.com? If so, make sure you're not below standards in the US program. Conversely, provided you meet the requirements to be a Top Rated Seller in the Global Program, you should be able to open an Anchor Store on eBay.ca.

I tried on eBay.ca and I'm top rated on Global program but I'm not able :
As of your last evaluation on Apr 20, 2013, your current seller performance standing is Top-rated

Hello Everyone.
I have concern about new Final Value Fees not working
Today we should see 9% FVF but when looking at my recent account activity, I still see 11% billed in my Premium Store. Example: 380538951753 (price $22.62), sold 01-May-13 12:22:50 EDT, Final Value fee US $2.49 ...... should be $2.04
Thanks
Hi dipmicro,
Final Value Fees are tied to Insertion Fees, which means that if your listings went live before May 1, the old fee structure would apply. This listing renews in mid-May, which should be when the new Final Value Fees apply.

Let me try a totally different question.
The payment policy on eBay.ca is pretty clear:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html#categories
My question to you is:
Why is it not enforced?

I tried on eBay.ca and I'm top rated on Global program but I'm not able :
As of your last evaluation on Apr 20, 2013, your current seller performance standing is Top-rated
Let me take that one back & have it looked into. Customer Support should get a hold of you shortly.

Bank-to-bank transfers (also known as bank wire transfers and bank cash transfers)
Cheques
Money orders
Online payment services: Allpay.net, CertaPay, hyperwallet.com, Fiserv, Nochex.com, XOOM
Are all restricted payment methods that can only be used in a few categories (list available on the policy page). Otherwise., they are not allowed.
Yes, we have Canadian sellers boldly offering email money transfers (Interac) (formerly Certapay) in every listing for years. Despite many listings having been reported for violation to the payment policy, the listings continue to appear and new ones added regularly.
Why is eBay.ca not enforcing their policy?

Why is eBay.ca not enforcing their policy?
We rely on the community to report on these sellers. Why is it not enforced on ebay.ca vs. others? Enforcement is handled the same way on all sites and we enforce/act on all policy violators when alerted by the community.
