Do you know what I have chronic bugs about? My storefront.

Thirty per cent of the time that I click on the door icon that leads to my own store, I am taken instead to a line of red text that says something like 'this store has issues, please try again later' which looks suspicious and unprofessional to say the least. (As if I am being investigated for 'issues' as opposed to 'technical issues' preventing its display of my listings.) I'm trying to recreate she bug now but, of course, I can't make it happen. I'll repost when I can.

I've seen that happen a couple of times when I've clicked on someone's store icon but I have no idea why that happens.

For a couple of days now I've seen this error message intermittently "MyEbay.BIZ.QUERY_UNKOWN_ERROR". When it shows up (and that's more often than not), I have no sold items showing. If it's still going on next Wednesday I'll bring it up at the weekly board hour and see what they say.

If you do see this error again, my advice would be to try to grab and save a screen shot. In my experience the eBay people at the Wed. Board Hour really only truly believe there is a problem if you can show it to them in living colour.

In a sad sense, I'm kind of relieved it isn't just me. It's not only the total lack of listings that is problematic to my mind, it's the 'this store has issues' message that makes things sound sketchy to me. Like the storeowner has issues that are being investigated by ebay or worse. I know it's not the case but I worry it might be enough to turn-off nervous buyers or new users. Also, I seem to think it comes with a big red flag. I'm trying to replicate it this morning but, of course, it is cooperating like the singing frog on Looney Toons.
