Every international small packet that I've processed today (4) has generated an email like this:

This has been sent to my customers and copying me. Very confusing - states it is from Pitney Bowes ??? Pitney Bowes generates the software that produces the label ..... This particular package went Air Small Packet, not Letterpost.

I've been getting these all day long as well. I also noted that no dimensions are included but, as we both know, they must be included or the shipping label will not be printed.
An obvious glitch somewhere that I hope PayPal/CP recogize swiftly and act upon.
That being said, it's likely that the remedy may be worse than the disease. It always seems that, when these glitches occur, it takes a battery of code writers to make matters worse.
