Did you provided the good address, is the "unit A" part of your eBay/Paypal address?
If yes, it's the seller's mistake and he has to send it back as his own fees.
If it's your mistake, then the seller may ask you to pay the shipping again.

Sellers must ship to the exact address on the Paypal invoice.
When a seller prints out a shipping label through PP, the address is exactly the one you entered.
Handwritten addresses may have transcription errors, human nature.
Do your PP and eBay addresses match?
