I love halloween it is the best holiday of the year .. Everyone gets to dress up and use there imagination and you get tons of candy .. my kid loved it she can;t stop talking about Happy Halloween ..
I always found it is a very happy time of year compared to most because all the crusty miserable people who forgot what fun is stay at home and turn the lights off so aboslutely 100% of the people you see and meet on Halloween are happy and having fun..
My wife and I al went to a halloween party which was a blast we went as Penny and Lenord for big bang theory but there was some amazing customs ...
HAPPY HALLOWEEN Everyone and what a fantastic time of year it is all the smiling Zombie kids as far as the eyes can see 😉

Our neighbourhood is getting younger and younger. Most of the kids were being carried by their parents.
Best costume: A preteen boy dressed as a basketball hoop and backstop.
We gave out candy (rockets) instead of our usual fortune cookies, but also packets of used Canadian stamps. Best remark "Stamps! Awesome!" Kids all liked the packets.

We gave up after 12 houses due to the downpour and windgusts!
My 2yo was mad because he thought we were going for a walk and kept stopping at houses lol

Pouring rain and high winds in Guelph, we only had 3 kids come to the door. Lots of leftover candy!! I am wondering if some will come tomorrow, so holding on to it until then.

I spent part of the afternoon supervising kids at a school Hallowe'en/Fundraiser dance
Grades 4 to 6
They were right into it.
Really great to watch them just having fun
We live in an Apartment Complex so no kids at the door tonight If they came to the building there were treats in the Lobby

Good enough number of kids. Didn't get the 16 yr olds like I did in Winnipeg. The ones I would ask "Shouldn't you be at work?". They would just glare at me.
Had a short bus with a bunch of kids with accents. The Mrs figures there is an international school nearby. A taste of Cdn Halloween. Kewl for them.
Turns out the Mrs really is sick. Stayed home. She just started this job this week. I was not impressed. Then, her boss phones and I said I was sending her to work anyway. Her boss goes into full panic and tells me to keep her because the virus was sweeping through the office and the sooner she gets better, the better.

16 year olds can work and play .. holidays are meant to remind older people that no matter how old you get your never to old to have fun and enjoy life ad for young people to enjoy life before it gets to serious..
When I was 16 although i worked 2 jobs and was in school i still found time to have 3 costumes to hit up all the good house 2 or 3 time LOL ...
Big chocolate bars are the best
