My listing deleted after eBay cancelled the sale b/o buyer's account unauthorized access. How do I re-list my item: my listing is gone?!

I had posted a listing to sell my Samsung galaxy note along with $400 worth of accessories. The buy now price was $399 and after a few bids, somebody did BUY NOW. However, I later received a message from eBay informing me that the buyer's account was apparently accessed by somebody who was not authorized to do so. Rather than just cancelling the bids and restarting the auction, eBay deleted my listing? Why didn't they just wipe out those bids and start the auction over? Now I cannot find my listing at all in my profile and I would like to re-list. Do I really have to start from scratch after I spent a fair amount of time getting the listing to be customized just right?

Hi.. High risk item and SCAMMERS like Buy It Now.  Yes you will have to start anew. Watch your myebay seller account to ensure eBay credits the final value fee charged.

On relisting , use immediate payment with BIN to reduce the chance of attracting a scam buyer.
