My picture has be stolen by other eBay seller, why eBay take no action after I reported?

My picture has been stolen by other seller and I reported to eBay last Saturday. It looks like eBay does not care about this! Do I have copy right for my pictures on eBay?

Thanks Kalvin, I just emailed you the item number. I really hope you can solve this problem for me since I don't want to see that seller keeps using my picture for his further listing.
