What a great new tool for sellers.
The "Buyer Requirements Activity Log" will show you who has been blocked in the previous 60 days by your Buyer Requirements preferences.

Presently it only available on the .COM site (of course). However even us Canadian Registered sellers can log onto the .COM site and still use this feature.
The link is located under My eBay > My Account > Preferences > Selling Preferences > Buyer Requirements (select "show").
It's still being tweaked at the moment - so you may find that you land at the "The feature you are attempting to access is not responding" page for the next day or so.
