Nationality; ie: money

I am American, not Canadian.  Why does eBay sometimes show me  as Canadian, and give all prices in Canadian money?

That happens when you view items on the eBay Canada Website which is where you are at present.

BTW, if a Canadian seller lists in Canadian dollars (loonies), and you are on the dotCOM site you will see the price in both currencies. In the same way if you were on dotCOM and visiting a seller who lists on the  British site (eBaydotcodotUK) you would see the prices in both US dollars and in sterling.
