there is a USA buyer who purchased in my store in April, I got her return 2 items yesterday,she attached a message,said "sorry, I don't like them, please refund me!!". How can I do? Need your suggestion!! THANKS

If your buyer did not comply with your refund terms, you could could spend your valuable time arguing.
However, what would I do?

Waste no time and refund, minus original shipping costs.
"Next"
No use creating ill feelings over (likely) a petty sum. If you can wait until 60 days from point of sale are over (unless she already left FB), all the better.

We get it all the time, deal with it or get a negative basically what it comes down to.
In eBays case, the buyer is always right, even through they are wrong.
