Never got any seller discount!

I have been a seller for years on Canadian site.

Now I am a top rate and power seller with nearly 5000 positive scores.

However I have received no seller discount so far.

I am not residing in Canada but doing lots of business on Ebay compared to many Canadian members.

Is this fair? How can I convince Ebay management?

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

What does your "Seller dashboard" tell you?

As I read it, discounts are given based on where you are registered with eBay (or where eBay thinks you are).

I'm in Canada, registered with eBay.ca and qualify under the Canadian seller rules.  But I wouldn't qualify under USA rules.

The requirements for TRS discounts are pretty simple.

You do not appear to be TRS so no discounts! To find out why you are not TRS you would have to visit your Seller Dashboard and look because no one here can figure it out for you.

I see you are registered and ship from Turkey, you may not qualify for discounts regardless of your performance or you may qualify but only if you meet the requirements for USA sellers which is next to impossible for non-resident sellers.

I don't see any private feedback.  I see private listings, a different thing entirely.

They are plentiful and easy to find.....just avoid the US and the UK!

I am in the same situation.  I am a power seller with 100% positive feedback.  However, I ship from South Korea, so I get no discount.  Very annoying indeed.
