Go to the store, buy the phone, go home and pack and address it, go to the post office and mail it.

Online sellers with any sense of safety will refuse to accept payment (which can easily be reversed at a later date) to ship the item overseas.

You can also buy on eBay from a vendor with high feedback, (99% or higher) and excellent DSRs (no more than one under 5.0)

Have the phone delivered to your home. Inspect it and if it is satisfactory, ship it overseas yourself.

Do NOT use Registered Mail, ExpressPost, Expedited and Priority Post are all tracked and insured and are faster than Registered, In addition, some believe "Registered" is code for "Steal Me."
