skylarstuff - did you receive the "by invitation" offer to this User ID or another one registered in the last century on .com (legacy user)?
I got mine as a "legacy user".
It seems that Canadian sellers are excluded once again (except for some legacy users)
I believe that you are right and going forward non legacy CDN users will not get the US promos.
I think eBay wants - for a while - to reward Canadian sellers listing on eBay.ca
