No items or $ back after 5 months from

I ordered Aug 28, then wrote to them Oct 15th that items had not arrived. They said they would resend.  I wrote back Nov 26, still no items.  They said they would resend and give me my money back.  It is Jan 6th and nothing has come and I did not get my money back.  From their "copy/paste" answers to my emails with the exact same words with exact same quality of English, I can tell that they are all one and the same.  And now I wrote to them but I can't do it through my purchase history as the item number is not valid anymore.  I also can't give them a review anymore.

I feel that REVIEWS/SCORES ARE COMPLETELY WRONG AND MISLEADING because all they have to do is convince you they are re-sending and then it is too late to give them a bad review.  THE TIME LIMIT FOR REVIEWS AND OPENING DISPUTES IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ADAPTED TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING which is the majority of ebay's transactions.

After you open a dispute, you have a "cooling off" period of time and then you can escalate that dispute to an actual claim.

When you had issues with your seller, you had 45 days after making payment to open a dispute and another twenty days to escalate the dispute to a claim, giving you over nine weeks after payment before filing an actual claim.

Keep in mind that it's not "game over" once you get a refund.  You can--and should--always pay the seller again if and when you receive the item.

For what it's worth, the time period to file a dispute has changed somewhat now, but the principle remains the same.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I had to open a dispute last year when I ordered 5 tablets for Xmas and they were not there and I was reaching the end of the time to do so. Talking to PP I said that I would just want to give more time for the items to arrived and they said that it was the only way to do so. After it was opened, Paypal took over, did not let me and the seller settle this and did not reimbursed me 1/2 the price of one of them that finally arrived defective, even if I provided them with the email that the seller had wrote to me about reimbursing 1/2. Then PP sent me an email saying that they were looking at my case because they were worried that I was abusing the system... I was NOT impress to say the least.
