Opened a new store and need help.

Hello ebay'ers. I recently opened a new Ebay store, but I don't know how to take advantage of it. I just opened it and I'm in the process of listing more items. I'm wondering what tips you have or if there are any good videos out there thank you.

Returns are NOT accepted so please contact me regarding ANY questions you might have. I check my eBay daily.

You may not want returns but if you take Paypal (and you pretty well have to take Paypal) you make refunds. So you may as well require the return of the unwanted but perfectly re-saleable product.

If you're planning on biding PLEASE ask me for your size.

Instead of one listing with multiple sizes, list each shoe in the size you have in hand.

I've seen this brand online before. Is it, as I suspect, a dropshipped item?

If so look up dropshipping as a topic on the Seller Board. And get out while you can.

Also misspellings make you look either sloppy or stupid. Either one makes you a target for scammers.

If your bid wins PLEASE tell me your size. I carry these in size 6,6.5,7,7.5,8,8.5,9,9.5

Experienced sellers do not recommend a Store for sellers with less than 50 unique items to sell.

You don't need a Store to sell on eBay.

In some cases it is cheaper to go with the free listings including the special offers which come along quite often.

The Store means your 'free listings' are actually costing you about 7.5 cents each.

You have 80 keystrokes in your titles free gratis for nothing .Use them. Add the size , colour, heel type, shoe type (sandal, pump, stiletto) and any other thing that might be typed into a Search.

I do not get it.

You have been trying to sell those "Carmen Steffens" products on eBay for over a year with very limited success - about one sale per month.  Opening a store at an additional cost to you of $20 per month will not change that.

eBay buyers have told you they are not interested in your products at those prices.

You may want to try selling at much lower prices to generate interest or find a different way to reach buyers who may be interested.

If you have multiple sizes of items, you should try to use a Multi-Varation listing. It would be more effective.

Also, be sure to use your customizable Store design and Categories to their fullest potential.

With a Store subscription, you are also able to put items on sale, so that may also help generate interest.

Oh, and don't forget to watermark your photographs with your user name. Might I suggest some brainstorming on your store name? It doesn't have to be the same word as your user ID.

Good luck as you carry forward.
