I'm looking at renting a US mailbox and would appreciate any input or advice as to recommended locations and prices.

I would want a permanent box, not a per-package deal.

I would be crossing at Queenston/Lewiston NY

Two best options are USPS or the UPS Store.

Boxes from USPS are MUCH cheaper than similar boxes from Canada Post.

If you will be receiving packages delivered by courier (FedEx/UPS) then it's better to get a private box rather than a USPS box.

The one closest to the bridge is probably the easiest but parking/hours might be important for you.
