This is the first time I have lost TRS since the very first month it began when I lost it for 1 month only.  Now I have lost it mainly because 4 packages, 3 shipped one day and 1 later in the same week, did not arrive (and were never returned to me by the P.O.).  All were given immediate refunds....such poor service?!

 

Bah, humbug.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. It is frustrating to know that a few bad luck experiences can hurt any of us like that.

I received the same gift to-day also. Been here over 7 years and received my first and only negative last week from a buyer from Brail saying not received Never contacted me just left the negative. Then I got a defect for cancelling and refunding another item a defect for not shipping item to Mexico for a very heavy item they did not apply correct shipping on and 2 others 1 a seller bought a vintage teacup and dinged me for not as described did not want to return it but dinged all my stars as it was used? and the last another seller noticed I had made a mistake on a new pair of shoes with free shipping and instead of listing for 22.99 missed a button and listed at 2.99 free shipping I refunded and cancelled and she dinged me. Happy New Years everyone!!
