Ok The bigest problem I have found being a powerseller on ebay is remember odd situations (emails ). I can not tell you how many emails I get from customers with no auction #'s , no user ID's . Some bidders think you are the only customer you are dealing with . Often you get an email , with very little info . The customer is emailing you an answer to a question you gave them 5 days ago . They answer the question with "YES" In your Mind you think YES? what ?

The Program is FREE no Spy Wear...I heard about it on thescreensavers.com

What does it do ?? It can find an email message in seconds . If you type in an auction # 1234567
By the time you have finished with the 7 , the program has pulled all emails with the auction # 1234567
It can also do this for emails as well

The free program is www.x1.com

I used it for 2 weeks before I made this letter ..saves me tons of time

Thanks your-chic-shopper, I'll give it a shot! Those emails from people that assume you know exactly who they are can be a bit of a nuisance.

Email has to be one of my biggest problems. I find myself spending hours and hours trying to keep my mail-box under the limit and organized....Here are a few tricks I use...

I use my Outlook Express "FIND" feature, to find all those spent emails. Every time I complete a transaction, I search the Item number in the title's and messages. Then delete all the messages right in the find window. Except of course for the Paypal notifications...which I always move to a dedicated folder. This works pretty good for the most part, but there will always be all those emails mentioned that have no item number, and messages that barely mean anything...These drive me nuts!

Another thing I have done is created tons of specific folders in my mailbox....Ebay, Paypal, bidpay etc....and ones for people that I have regular correspondence with...and a lot of emails from. (like my good repeat customers).

This seems to help sort things out. But will still always be a battle to keep up with.....

As a PowerSeller on ebay I use to do the same . However what the Find button does in say 30 seconds . And it does take a while to look up in the outlook express find button . The program above will do in seconds . As explained above , by the time you hit the last digit in an email or auction # , The program has all email with that info pulled , little note the program runs in the back ground with a hiden hover bar . Place your mouse to the top of the screen for 3 seconds and the program appears . Try this program and you will never go back to the old way ..The program has no spywear or addwear...and is free
