I posted this just over a week ago:
"I think I may be about to have a package go missing. It was mailed from Ponoka on Feb/15 and hit Richmond BC on Feb/18 and has been MIA ever since. It should have crossed the boarder into the US quite a while ago. I did insure it for the full amount of just over $300.00"
It has now been 20 days, the tracking has stayed just as above - lost in Richmond BC. I still have not heard from the buyer.
Should I continue to sit on it and do nothing? I am a bit afraid that if I go into proactive mode - I will shoot myself in the foot.
Old enough to know better. Young enough to do it again. Crazy enough to try

Have you called CP and started a trace yet ? Sometimes, things seem to go into limbo when they pass into customs too. Definitely start that trace though, CP would rather find the package than pay out a claim if they can. I wouldn't say anything to your buyer until they ask you though, that's just asking for trouble.

I just got positive feedback for this item that was delivered today, that I thought was gone forever.
It took 28 days. I am now happy.
I had another one going to the same State and it only took 6 days.
Go figure.
