Pay and Pickup and CDN - USD currancy

my auction is

It has been a very long time since i sold anything on eBay so i have some questions:

- is my auction in the wrong place? because it is targeted to a Canadian buyer

- I am not seeing the option of CDN only USD

- I am in ONTARIO and i am not seeing this option for HST tax of 13% only US states 

- i my auction is in the wrong place how do i fix it?

PAYMENT

- I would prefer the Buyer to pay using WireTransfer or Money Order,  but i assume that is against the rules

so if the buyer wants to PAY AT PICKUP - does this mean it has to be an online payment?

but my item is RichmondHillLawyer.com  for Richmond Hill Ontario,  i do realize if someone other than and ONTARIO based business purchases it is the BUYERS provincial hst calculations

there is a RichmondHill Georgia as well - so i have interest there as well
