Anyone else have this trouble? Paypal shipping/tracking info not showing for Canadian sales on "Order Details" page. Sales to the U.S are fine, but for some reason the shipping details are missing on Canadian orders.
Can you email some screenshots of exactly what you are seeing when this occurs? I'll show this to some of our technical people and see what I can find out.
When you create these labels are you going through eBay and then logging into PayPal to create the label. Or are you simply going into PayPal and not eBay when creating the label.
Also do your paths or methods differ for instance sometimes you take the info from eBay and go to PayPal and other times you just go directly to PayPal?
