Everyone is complaining about the feedback changes, so it has to be current. I don't know what they are saying about the gallery though. I thought it was going to be free.

One of the posters to that petition mentioned he was closing his Ebay store in Feb 2008 and getting a bricks and mortar store. So it's definitely current.

You are right Monique... it is the old one. The very first sentence says "Ebay sellers are very concerned about the recent fee increase. Of course as ebay grows, it is understandable that the fee structure will increase. But sellers are questioning the amount of increase, mainly the gallery fee (from 0.25 to 0.35) and the final value fee (from 5.25% to 8%)"

Of course we know that gallery has been made a free feature.

It had no impact on eBay when it circulated the first time and it's pretty safe to say that eBay mgmt. is unlikely to react now to a two year old petition with a few new names on it.

28,000 people signing it. People are still signing it, Try READING the comments left on the petition. They are current. Just a few names. OK Mr. I work for Ebay. If I wasn't sure you were an Ebay employee before, I'm positive now. Please people, sign the petition.

Bill, have I ever mentioned just how much it annoys me that you come in here posing as someone who makes a living selling on Ebay, when your real streams of revenue are your Book Publications and whatever Ebay is giving you for a salary??

The petition is from LAST YEAR. Just because a bunch of people finally found it recently and signed on doesn't make it any more current. LOL

The fact that you, me and Bill(Ebay's foremost leading authority on Selling on Ebay Canada) are discussing it, makes it current enough for me. The fact that I've added it to every discussion board on Ebay tonight makes it even more current. The fact that 28,000 peopel are upset and have been for a year is very current. What was your point exactly?

Monique, most people on this board are well aware that I have several selling ID's - I even commented on it yesterday. One in particular has a real hard time fathoming it though and somehow thinks I depend on this ID for my income. How dumb is that?

Oh yeah, with my amazing "in" I'd be happy to get you a significant company position. Since I'm not thrilled with him already, how does CEO sound?;-)
