This must be old scam, because I can find traces about this since 2009

I got same today and interestingly, domain has been also registered today, May 10, 2013:

Maybe someone is just reviving old scam, because this one is pretty clever. Beware. Never click on any link in Ebay email before scrutinizing it - move the mouse over it and down left in status bar see where link points to. Genuine email from Ebay will have: http://something.ebay.com/
The ebay.com/ is important. After ebay.com there cannot be . nor - only /.
You already knew this, but those who did not, educate yourself how to recognize phishing emails. Some of my customers must have clicked on phishing email, got their computer infected and it sent phishing emails to all Ebay members he paid to via PayPal. Yes, the email came to my PayPal address, not the one I registered with Ebay.
Btw. Ebay has nothing to do with this and they have no control

I don't think it's a good idea to put the link on this board, someone is likely to click on it.

The first link is to a forum that reported the email years ago. The second is just an Internet look-up tool to who owns the domain name.
Both are safe links and do not cause you any problems if you clicked on them.

I got the exact one this morning. Looked legit at first.
Don't ever click on links in these emails.
I forwarded it to spoof at ebay.com. with the full header showing.
