Please return the item and i'll be happy to give you a refund.

The nerve of some buyers.  Just here to vent folks.

I sold a 'book cover' the other day for the lowest bidding price (5.50 with free shipping), the buyer received it within two days, then sends me a message saying how dissatisfied he is with it.  Point's out about 3 minor flaws on the item (even though it's new, and they are not made with the best quality), stating it's not "leather" (when no where in the ad said it was leather), leaving an open ended conversation, probably trying to squeeze his money back.  Then POW! "I'm sorry your dissatisfied with the item sir, please return it and I'll be happy to give you a refund,"  He didn't want to return it.  Maybe he changed his mind and decided it was actually worth the bargin price he got it for.

I've noticed sometimes buyer's like to try and squeeze some money back. If it's legitimate, sure, but Im figuring it's time to tighten up on the return policy.  If your not happy, return it, and i'll give your money back.  Simple as that.

All done.

There is no reasoning with the unreasonable.
