I have to say that after I dealt with the woman who took my call today, Paypal could use a few more of her. I lost a claim against me because I was foolish enough to send surface mail with no tracking so as to make the shipping cheaper for the buyer. She was extremely sympathetic (not acting it) and told me she would get as much fees returned to me as possible. She did. I went from being pretty sour about the whole loss and my dumb mistake to being pretty happy after all.

I have had reps that sounded as if I had really interupted something more important, reps that were borderline rude and ignorant, dumb, and language challenged. The worst are the robots who can't answer anything that their computer doesn't tell them, and then give me cut aand paste responses. Some even make stuff up to get you off the phone quicker - you can actually get 2 polar opposite answers to the same question.
That is precisely why this agent stood out.
