Problem processing Payment?

I won an auction yesterday. I have dealt with this buyer before. The buyer offers two shipping options :USPS First Class and USPS Priority. When I tried to pay selecting the USPS First Class I got a message to edit my address including my phone number.

 

When I tried to do that I got this message "Sorry, we could not complete your request at this time."

 

I thought I could get in touch with the buyer to explain what was happening and asked her to send an invoice.

 

I received an invoice this morning. I'm not sure if it was generated by E Bay or the buyer because when I tied to contact her today it says she's away until Sept 29th.

 

The invoice sent shows both shipping options on it and again I get the same message.

 

Is there some way I can process payment through my Pay Pal with the First Class shipping? I don't want a non paying strike against me.

Problem solved 🙂 I phoned e bay. I do't know what the representative did but the system finally allowed me to edit and include my phone number on my address and voila! I could process payment.

 

What a relief!!!
