My problem is, I bought 2 items from what I thought was 2 different sellers. Turns out they are the same person. 1 of the items was refunded (& after multiple emails to the seller she still hasn't answered my question of why she's refunding it in the first place). When I ask her about the 2nd item she says she didnt get a payment even though my paypal account says she did. Both payments went to the same person, same email account. What am I supposed to do next? Do I report her 2 accounts to Ebay or go to paypal & open a case there? I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing & the fact she won't tell me why she refunded the 1 is frustrating me more. I've been buying from ebay 10 yrs now & I've never had a problem like this! Please help!
