Hi,

A few days ago I shipped a package and I figured I would try to do my own shipping label. When it printed out, it only printed about an inch big. I checked my computer settings and couldn't find a problem with them so I figure it must have been a glitch. I voided the shipping label but when I checked last night I couldn't see anything about the label being voided, or an option to void the label. I don't want to lose out on my $10.66 that I paid for the label. I ended up just taking the package to Canada Post and paying there to have it shipped. Has anyone had this problem before?

I suspect that you are using Google Chrome as your browser. The small label is a known problem with GC and PayPal shipping labels. it has been around for a year now. Your only solution is to use another browser. For example, FireFox.

Make sure when you use another browser that your browser margins are set to 0.5 inches and headers and footers are turned off. Also, check of a box to print to a page shrink to fit in FireFox.

This will avoid printing on two pages or having the right side or bottom get chopped off.

Check your PayPal account again, and if the cancellation does not show, call PayPal. There is a time limit for cancellation.

It usually takes at least 2 - 3 weeks to get a credit for a cancelled label. I cancelled one on Jan 26 and received the credit yesterday.

Instead of voiding the label next time you have a problem printing it, use another browser to go into Paypal and then into the details for that item so that you can reprint the label from there.
