Problems contacting member after sale!

Is it just me! but i can't contact a member after a sale. I get redirected with a error
You guys getting the same?

Works for us but we do get intermittent, sporadic and random glitches on eBay all the time.

Have you tried another browser or is the buyer NARU'd?

I tried a different browser and still no luck, and yes i tried more then one member with same results!

Hi out-boards,

Why not try e-mailing your buyers directly with their e-mail addresses that are provided with the sales?

It's not through eBay, but at least you'll be able to get in contact with them!

Ya That's a good idea! I'll do that in the mean time. but so much more convenient to use the contact button.

I agree. But if it will get you in contact with your buyers, that's what is most important at this time!

After looking into this a little more, I found the issue to be even more serious then I thought. Seller's can't send me questions at all for some reason. I haven't received a question in about 6 days. And come to think of it. a member just recently left me a neutral fb for not answering his questions. Go ahead and try and send me a question from any of my items and you will notice that you can't. Anybody know what the problem might be? Tried contacting ebay but nobody knows? I think they should focus on training these people, I don't find them helpfull at all.

I use IE and tried to reach you through .ca and .com

NO LUCK.

It said that IE could not display the webpage.

So, if all of us are having problems.....OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A PROBLEM!

Now you have some proof that you're messaging within eBay is not working and perhaps eBay will work on it.

I don't think so but one of the posters of that thread send an email to Vincenzo@ebay.com about the problem and he said that they have escalated the issue. It wouldn't hurt for you to send Vincenzo one as well to confirm that the issue isn't with just one seller.

yes it happened to me all the time recently.

i tried to contact member and it kept asking me to punch in those numbers, but whatever i did my input is always incorrect.

guess ebay is discouraging us to contact the member directly.

i had the same problem, in the same time. i've contacted ebay, they told me i was the only one, i nobody was able to help me.

it wasn't the computer 'cause my friend try with his username on my cpu, and evrything was fine!.

i've tried many things, without success... and, las t friday, nov 5th, averything was correct.
i never knew what was the problem, but now it's working.
