I just got an inquiry if I'd ship to Qatar from a 10 month member with 0 FB. Does anyone have any experiences or know anything about this place?

A number of Canadian and US exploration / engineering /architectural companies have ExPat assignments for their staff in Qatar/Dubai as it is a booming region for expansion and development as well.

I suspect the Qatar version of a Dollar Store carries a slogan something like "Nothing over a Million".

What are they asking about? I've got quite a few gaps in list of countries I've shipped to. Dubai is the only one in the Persian Gulf I've bagged so far.
