RECEIVED BROKEN. S.PEN, THE SELLER SAID -SEND A NEW ONE, DID NOT HOW DO I GET REFUND....THINK SCAM

Back in July I ordered a S.Pen, they sent a broken one, with no pedometer in it. they said they would send another one. August  they said it was in the mail. In Sept; they said it was in the mail.....still no S.Pen... what do I do now,,,,,,,,,,,

I tried ordering another Samsung s.pen in Oct 22....but that one never came either........were these  Scams ,,,,,,How do I know If I can trust ordering other things from ebay......once they take my money,,,,,I don't know how to get  the item or my money back,,,,,, now I am  out  money for two Samsung S.Pens....very disappointed.....lost trust....

IT is not a matter of trust it is a matter of knowing how to protect yourself..

never wait more then 44 days from payment date ... Then file a INR or INAD with paypal ..

If your order are over the 45 day mark the only option you have is if your paypal account is funded by your credit card then you can call your credit card company and tried to file for a chargeback ...

FYI read up on protecting your money because it is only you that is concerned about your money not the seller ,ebay or paypal..

As a general rule, it is not a good idea to accept a replacment because of the time factor. Even if the seller ships immediately, delivery may take over the 45 days you have for a Paypal refund.

Go for a refund every time.

Then, if you still want to deal with the seller, ask for a private listing (he can use your name as the title) and re-order. This starts the clock all over again.
