I bought an item on E-BAY n seller did not ship my item or reply back to my messages , I left it too late to put a complaint in on them as it ha been over 45 days , any body have any ideas on what I should do.

If payment was funded with a credit card, you could call your credit card company ask them how you could a charge back. They would have a time limit so you want to contact them as soon as possible.

I just read the feedback you left the seller. The seller cannot cancel a transaction without your permission. Did you accept a transaction cancellation before getting a refund? If you did then the seller is under no obligation to refund or send the item. If you did not accept a cancellation, then do the charge back as mentioned in my previous post.

nubian-- The OP should in this case go for the credit card refund with or without the cancellation request. The seller is keeping both the money and the item (if it ever existed).
