Hi guys, how do I file a complaint against ebays customer service?

How do I go on live chat with eBay manager? It appears customer service is useless and rude. Every csr contradicts the previous rep. So at the end of everything call you are more confused. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life!

I know it's frustrating but you have to remember that these folks are hired off the streets, given a handbook and computer and expected to solve our problems. Not to mention they can barely speak English.
One other thing, I looked into this yesterday, eBay reps in the philipines are paid $300-400 a month US. That's compared to US reps that get $14 an hour.
Think about that. Can you live on $300 a month?

You probably can live on that in the Philipines - everything is relevant, but that is not the point. You can't seem to contact ebay directly anymore - even to report a problem with their website. I guess Twitter is the only thing that may get their attention.
