Re-Listing a Sold Item

Why can I no longer repeat a fixed price listing (or any other) by choosing relist when I view the item. All I get now is a blue bar telling me my item has sold, the price, and the buyer's Postal Code.

It seems the choice to "sell similar" or "relist" has been removed.

Is this a technical glitch? I really don't feel like recreating all my pages again to repeat sold items.

I'll answer my own question in case this happens to anyone else. It's a technical glitch. After a half hour of trying to see the old familiar top bar with the "re-list" and "sell similar" choices, I wrote the previous posting.

Of course I had to try it again, and voila! It worked.

That shows you..... if you want to get things done, complain! 🙂 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Well I may have been wrong.....opened a sold listing, and all I get is "Your listing was successful" where I should have the Relist and sell similkar options.

Looks like I do need outside help. Any ideas anyone?

How about going to the Sold section of your My eBay page and clicking on the drop down arrows under the Action header? This brings up a lot of available options, including Relist.

Cheers,
Ernie.

It is a technical glitch that eBay is aware of. Whether or not they decide to fix it is another story. Here's the quick fix...

When the blue bar shows without the options (relist, leave feedback, send invoice, etc.), sign off. Sign back in and back arrow your browser to the listing page. Now refresh/reload the page. The blue option bar should reappear. Pain in the arse but it works.
