Hello,
I purchased 3 items from a seller on Nov.4, he never sent me the total. I requested it the next day, still no reply.
I am trying to resend a "request total" again today but i can't find that option anymore. Seller is not sending me an invoice...
What to do? Wait for him to click "non paying bidder" to me?

You have already sent one request so you shouldn't need to send another one.
Did you already ask the seller if they had a special combined shipping cost?
If not...you can either pay for each item or keep waiting for a combined invoice. They are
not obligated to send one unless they already said that they would or if the listing states that that they will.
But even if they don't want to send one, they should at least let you know what's going on.
Perhaps they are just not paying attention. Did you try sending them a message through ebay?
You can try phoning them....you should be able to get their phone number through ebay on this page
http://www.ebay.ca/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=9
If they do happen to file for unpaid items you can probably get them removed by phoning ebay and explaining
the situation.

It's possible he/she did but that the new invoice didn't come to you via email; ebay has been a little bit glitchy this week.
When you look into your Purchase History, do you see them in one pile? Or still separate ones?
Contact Seller with a Message might be your next route. Like I say, ebay was a bit funny the last few days and he/she might be waiting for you to pay with no idea that you're waiting for him to combine purchases.

Thank you both for your replies.
I just received an invoice from seller for the items, but no shipping costs. (sigh) I'll deal with it.
thanks.

No, i had 2 options, free to pickup or pay the huge shipping cost. (he is not combining my 3 wins)
Also, for the first time ever i sent payment and it says "pending". Yes i have sufficient funds. I have no idea what is going on
but i never should have bought from this seller. He also does not reply to e-mails.

Is this a Global Shipping Program purchase?
One of the many joys of the GSP, is that the seller cannot combine shipping on multiple purchases.
So part of the cost might be that each S&H is charged separately and in full, and of course you are paying the GSP/Pitney Bowes Canadian duty, Canadian sales taxes and a ~$5 service charge on each purchase.
GSP listings are hard to spot if you are shopping on a mobile device or using Gallery View Search.
But each will have the words:
Customs services and international tracking provided
on the Search List and

"One of the many joys of the GSP, is that the seller cannot combine shipping on multiple purchases."
This is in line with experience.
Place items in cart, but have to pay immediately (BIN) - no invoices - so impossible to combine shipping.
Wasn't worth the hassle or the cost.

... Or you said 'wins'. Did the seller set the opening bid at a ridiculously low starting price and you won it for peanuts so that he's trying to cover his mistake with handling fees?
If the seller is new and/or inexperienced he may have been led to believe what ebay tells a seller when listing an item for auction, and that is to 'set a low opening bid to increase interest' which is simply not good advice these days. Auctions are Boresville to most buyers and go for much lower than expected which is good for the bidder and bad for the seller. Unless the seller stubbornly refuses to combine shipping for you.
It might be that you have to look at the overall cost (win+postage) and decide whether it's worth it to you. It's probably not too late to ask to Cancel and get your money back. You can do that until it's shipped. It would be in a seller's best interests to do that since no one wants to have an unhappy buyer.
