A few years back I was registered as a seller with ID freelanceunlimited since during that time my account became dormant and the need to have my modem changed has resulted in having my IP address changed, is the possibility of having my former account reactivated under my new IP address something to expect for the reason of claiming my selling profile and also changing my user ID since I have been away for some time and want to make another attempt

Its also possible that you will be asked to fax financial information (bills) to prove your identity.
