SETTING AUTOMATION PREFERENCES...??

Well, I am fairly new to setting the above preferences, and the help screen within eBay indicates the following:

To change Automation Preferences:

In the My eBay Views section, click the "Automation Preferences" link.

On the Selling Manager Pro Preference page, scroll down to the preference you want to change.

Modify the setting and click the Apply button.

OK, so where is the 'Automation Preferences' under the 'My eBay Views'??

I see that title on the upper left side of my screen, but I certainly do not see a specific indicator for 'Automation Preferences' listed there at all...

Am I just blind, or is it hidden under another heading, and the help files just didn't mention it?

I would like to perform the following:

Set automatic positive feedback for buyers.
Set automatic emails for buyers indicating their item has shipped, etc...

Could anyone steer me in the right direction please.

Best regards,

Frank

Do you subscribe to Selling Manager?

Ok, thanks recped, I looked into Selling Manager and Selling Managr Pro, and I am not suscribed to either. I guess I will need to subscribe to the 'Pro' version in order to give automatic feedback, etc...

Thanks, and best regards.

By the way, since you have a store I believe you can subscribe to SM Basic for free and a reduced fee for the Pro version.
