I suspect I am about to get a another negative (which I cannot respond to with a negative) because a seller purchased something while I was on a business trip. I had turned our VACATION SETTINGS on, using eBay's interface, and this buyer didn't see it.
He's mad because he didn't receive his item within a week from CANADA to the USA.
How many of you have heard this: "I have bought plenty from Canada before and I've always had it within a week".
Whooo. He has 52 feedback. Wow. We have over 5400. I'm sure he knows better than us.
Unfortunately, I cannot control his response now. He's going to neutral or even neg us for doing nothing wrong except leaving our store open on ebay while we were gone on a trip.
I get the 'privilege' to pay eBay fees for this, to make about a total of $1.00 on this sale after all the work and hassle it has caused me. A failed business model for sure, which is why we're moving off of eBay. It's no longer lucrative (let alone profitable) to remain.
:P
