I ordered a package about a month ago, and it says it was delivered on the 26th of November, however I haven't received anything yet and don't know what to do. I have tried contacting Canada-Post with no luck. Since Ebay reads the package as Delivered it won't allow me to say I never received anything.
I am just curious if there is anything I can do in this situation?
Thanks 🙂

When you say you 'tried contacting Canada Post' do you mean you went to your local PO and asked the clerk if the item was there? Was it a postal outlet in the back of the drugstore or an actual post office.
Or did you email someone in New Brunswick who has no actual idea except what she sees on the screen?
It's probably too late but try at the PO. You might hit the clerk who returned the unclaimed item or you might find the clerk who understands how to read the record of what was returned to sender.
Also ask your family or housemates. Ask your neighbours is something was accidentally delivered to them that they have been meaning to give you. Look in any slightly more secure resting place. For some reason, US members report a lot of packages are left inside the BBQ on the front porch. Yep, Americans are foreigners.
There are two other possibilities. Start a chargeback with the credit card you actually paid with. PP is just a mediator. Do this immediately because cards have deadlines too. That the item shows as delivered may be a big problem though.
And most likely, it was delivered to your porch or mailbox and it was stolen.
Go to the police station and file a report. Give a copy to the Postmaster at the local Post OFFICE (not the postal outlet). Give a copy or at least the number to your card company as part of the chargeback.
And put a label on your mailbox, Do Not Leave Unattended Parcels. It might help.

If it is an issue of theft from your residence, you have little choice but to contact police and file a report. The police report number will be essential in any claims against the post office (or whomever) for theft. If it was mis-delivered or stolen, the postal carrier is ethically if not legally obligated to do something about that. Only law enforcement and/or the postal carrier is in a position to say whether this is part of a pattern either by opportunistic thieves walking or driving past OR the handiwork of a dishonest lettercarrier.
More and more people are installing security cameras on their doorsteps for this reason. It's sad to think we have come to that but, on the other hand, I'm somewhat surprised it doesn't happen more often. Very rarely do lovely freshly-delivered new cardboard boxes contain junk. It's an irresistible temptation to less honest types and, at this time of year when couriers of all kinds are pressured with extra deliveries, it's easy to imagine that some are making ill-thought choices about where, exactly, to leave their package for customers.
(I hope people open the lid of their porch barbecues before igniting them.)

I left a note in my mail room asking if anyone did receive it by mistake but sadly no luck. Yes I did just email them, I can try going to a Canada Post and figuring out what happened though. Also I haven't had any issues with other packages (this was merely a pin, which unless it was mailed in a jumbo box it would fit in my mailbox). Everything else I have ordered off ebay has arrived in the mail, never by pick-up slip.

It's possible that the postie was being extra careful with packages at this time of year.
Do your due diligence and enquire at the PO (both outlet and post office). They can't help if you don't ask them to.
The CP emails are pretty useless. On the other hand the phone ladies are in New Brunswick and therefore are very helpful. But not in this case. Start locally.
And of course, some light fingered person may have decided it was their own personal Christmas.
