Search is reset to include china everytime, every search all day long

Every search i do on ebay gets reset from my choice of either North America or Canada, TO worldwide.. which means i get 100 pages of ridiculously inferior if not irrelevant items from china, cluttering up my results. So i scroll down reset it to my choice, repeat that continually until i give up, sign out and drive into town to shop.

Is there a fix for this or a way to block items from china ?
My cookies are enabled,so its not that.

To be clear, it resets after i add a new word to the search pane that has searched and found North American results already.
